"15-10-FIRE" HIIT Bodyweight Workout for Fat Loss: #1 (1:40) Burpees - 15 reps #2 (2:36) Rocket Crunches - 10 reps *Rest to catch your breath* #3 (3:14) Air Squat Jumps - 15 reps #4 (3:43) Mountain Climbers - 10 reps *Rest to catch your breath* #5 (4:09) Push ups - 15 reps #6 (4:43) Toes Touches - 10 reps *Rest to catch your breath* #7 (5:12) Jump Lunges - 15 reps #8 (5:53) Side Planks - 10 seconds each side Doing all of these exercises is one complete circuit of this bodyweight HIIT workout for men.
