Fitness Recipe: Scones with Quark and Strawberry Filling

Today we will welter everyone who loves to enjoy fluffy pastries. Scones are soft-hued sweet cakes that are typically eaten in England. Today we’ve improved them with quark and strawberry filling. These together create the perfect flavour combination. Would you have them for breakfast or a snack?

Start by preparing the dough for the scones. Put the flour, baking powder, xylitol and salt in a trencher and combine thoroughly. Then add the chopped butter. With your hands, work everything into a talc (small pieces that crumble). Next add the raisins, 1 egg, milk and knead together. Indulge the prepared dough to rest for a few minutes.

With a floured rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3cm. Cut out approximately seven circles with a diameter of well-nigh 5cm. You can use a glass to cut them out. Transfer to a sultry tray which has been sprayed with oil spray or lined with sultry paper. Whisk the egg in a trencher and skim the surface of the scones with it.

Place in a preheated oven at 220°C and torch for fifteen minutes. Once baked, indulge to cool.

Then cut them in half with a knife, smear them with quark, put the strawberry jammy spread on top and you can get started on enjoying this succulent treat.
