So we know that there are a lot of questions about growing your arms with bodyweight training. Most exercises with calisthenics are compound and the arms are not the main muscle for these exercises. But does your arms need to be the main muscle to grow them? Absolutely not! In this video we share 6 exercises for arm growth, some of them are compound and some are isolation. Combining these training types will ensure that you'll keep the arms size and strength proportional to the rest of your body.
